Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

Due to the time booked for this service an cancelation or reschedule will be subject to a $200 cancelation fee Terms and Conditions: By booking our all-inclusive home preparation services for property listings, you agree to the following terms. This package includes pressure washing, weed spraying, lawn mowing, snow removal (if applicable), minor home repairs, hot tub maintenance, home inspections, tree trimming (up to 20 ft), overgrown yard and seasonal clean-ups, and garbage removal. Each service is provided as outlined during the booking, and any additional tasks not mentioned will require prior agreement. We do not provide services for hazardous materials, structural repairs, or tasks restricted by local laws. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure clear access to the property, disclose any known issues or hazards, and mark underground utilities or hidden features that could be affected by our services. While we aim for high-quality results, outcomes may vary based on the condition of the property, and we cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or incidental damage to unmarked property features. Additional fees may apply for excessive waste, debris, or materials requiring special handling. We hold liability insurance for all services, but the customer should verify their own insurance coverage for any additional concerns. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather, disposal site restrictions). These terms are governed by Alberta law. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees.
