To Cancel or Reschedule please give us 72 hours notice We reserve the right to refuse and cancel. Up to 10 Paper Bags of Organic Waste more will be charged at $15 per bag. Terms and Conditions: By booking our overgrown yard and seasonal property clean-up services, you agree to the following terms. Our services include the removal of overgrowth, debris, and basic yard maintenance tasks as agreed during booking. This service does not include major landscaping, tree removal, or the disposal of hazardous materials unless specifically arranged. Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the property and disclosing any known hazards (e.g., uneven ground, hidden debris). We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or landscaping features that are not clearly marked by the customer prior to service. While we strive to restore the property’s condition, the outcome may vary depending on the level of overgrowth and pre-existing conditions, and we do not guarantee a specific appearance. Debris removal may incur additional fees depending on the volume and type of material. We hold liability insurance, but customers should confirm their own insurance coverage if they have additional concerns. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete the service due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. These terms are governed by Alberta law. Up to 1500 sq ft of yard. Yard needs to be free of any PET FECAL MATTER. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees.
