Due to Varying Snowfall amounts and locations please give us 24 hours to complete. Please see our different snow removal offerings, additional charges may apply. We DO NOT chisel ice and snow from compacted / neglected areas extra charges will be incurred if there is multiple snowfalls that need removal. Terms and Conditions: By booking our snow removal services, you agree to the following terms. Our services cover the removal of snow from driveways, walkways, and other agreed-upon areas of your property. We do not provide ice removal, de-icing, or salting unless specified at the time of booking. While we aim to clear snow as effectively as possible, we are not liable for any damage to surfaces (e.g., driveways, walkways, or landscaping) caused by the natural freezing and thawing process or pre-existing conditions (e.g., cracks, uneven surfaces). Customers must ensure clear access to the property, remove vehicles, and mark any hidden features (e.g., sprinkler heads, lawn ornaments) that could be damaged during snow removal. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked obstacles. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure pets and children are secured during and after service. We hold liability insurance, but customers should verify their own coverage for additional concerns. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Snow removal may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. These terms are governed by Alberta law. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees.
