Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

Our small yard mowing includes a single lot up 1000 sq ft. Please select double lot if your mowing area is larger than 1000 sq ft or Overgrowth Package if lawn is taller than six inches. Terms and Conditions: By booking our lawn mowing services, you agree to the following terms. Our services cover mowing of designated areas as agreed during booking, and do not include edging or removal of large debris unless specified in advance. We are not responsible for damage to lawn features such as irrigation systems, garden decorations, or hidden objects (e.g., toys, hoses) that are not removed or clearly marked by the customer prior to service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear access to the yard and to secure pets and children during service. We are not liable for any pre-existing lawn conditions (e.g., patchy grass, weed overgrowth) or any damage caused by hidden obstacles. While we take care to mow safely and efficiently, results can vary based on lawn condition and weather. We hold liability insurance, but customers are advised to verify coverage for any additional concerns. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. These terms are governed by Alberta law. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees.
