Able to wash up to no more than 2000 sq ft house and double car driveway by 30 ft any larger will be charged at $100 per hour. Client must supply water (outside tap is needed). We hold liability insurance, but customers should verify coverage with their own homeowners' insurance. Results may vary depending on surface conditions, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. By agreeing to these terms, you indemnify us from any claims or damages, except those caused by our negligence. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather). These terms are governed by Alberta law. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charge if any is found on the equipment or employees. .
