Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

To Cancel or reschedule please allow 24 hours notice, before booking please have a free consultation or one of our inspection services completed. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees. Terms and Conditions: By booking our small home repair and handyman services, you agree to the following terms. Our services cover basic repair tasks as outlined during booking, and do not include major renovations, electrical, plumbing, or structural work unless specifically stated. We are not liable for any pre-existing issues, wear, or damage that may be uncovered or worsened during the repair process. Customers must provide clear access to the work area and disclose any relevant information about the condition of the property that may affect the service. While we strive for high-quality workmanship, we do not guarantee that repairs will prevent future issues or deterioration. We hold liability insurance for our work, but the customer is responsible for verifying their own home insurance coverage. Materials required for repairs must be specified and either provided by the customer or agreed upon in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, severe weather). These terms are governed by Alberta law.
