Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

This service is based on residential or construction waste. No biological or hazardous waste will be accepted and all items must be under 100 lbs. We reserve the right to refuse any unsafe or unsanitary load and deposits will not be returned. Terms and Conditions: By booking our garbage removal and dump run services, you agree to the following terms. Our services include the removal and disposal of household waste, yard debris, and other non-hazardous materials as outlined during booking. We do not handle the disposal of hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, flammable liquids) or items restricted by local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all materials for removal are accessible, properly identified, and separated according to local waste management requirements. We are not liable for any damage to property caused by the removal of large or heavy items unless due to our negligence. Additional fees may apply for items requiring special handling or for loads exceeding the agreed-upon capacity. We hold liability insurance for our services, but customers should verify their own coverage for any additional concerns. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather, disposal site restrictions). These terms are governed by Alberta law. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees.
