Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

Terms and Conditions: By booking our hot tub maintenance services, you agree to the following terms. Our services include cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, and routine checks as specified during booking. We do not provide repair services for mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues unless previously arranged. Customers must disclose any known issues with their hot tub prior to service and ensure proper access to the unit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or malfunctioning equipment, and cannot guarantee the prevention of future issues after service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper function of their hot tub between maintenance visits. We use industry-standard chemicals and methods; however, we are not responsible for any damage caused by unforeseen chemical reactions due to water quality or pre-existing conditions. Pets and children should be kept clear of the work area during and after service. We hold liability insurance, but customers should verify coverage through their own homeowners' insurance if additional concerns arise. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for service delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., inclement weather). These terms are governed by Alberta law. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees.
