Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

By booking office furniture assembly services with Proactive Maintenance Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services cover standard assembly as per the manufacturer’s instructions; customization requests may incur additional charges. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be forfeited if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date. Service fees will be confirmed before work begins, with potential adjustments if the scope of work changes. You are responsible for providing clear access and a suitable workspace; we reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are not met. Proactive Maintenance Services is not liable for pre-existing damage to property or furniture items, or for damages caused by design flaws or misuse after assembly. We offer a limited 30-day workmanship warranty for assembly issues directly related to our services but exclude any furniture part warranty, which remains the manufacturer’s responsibility. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of services, and failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action. You may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Proactive Maintenance Services reserves the right to modify these terms, with any updates posted on our website and communicated prior to your next booking
