Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

Please allow 24 hours for cancelation or rescheduling. It is the owners responsibility to provide notice to any residents that we will be entering the premise and on the property during the scheduled time. Terms and Conditions: By booking our home maintenance checks and inspections, you agree to the following terms. Our services include a visual inspection of your home’s exterior and interior, checking for maintenance issues such as leaks, wear, and general upkeep needs, as outlined in the booking. This service does not include extensive diagnostic testing, or structural evaluations unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for hidden or latent defects, and our inspection does not guarantee the future performance or safety of any part of the property. The customer is responsible for providing access to all areas being inspected and disclosing any known issues that may impact the inspection. Our findings are based on a non-invasive review, and we are not responsible for missed issues that were not visible or accessible at the time of inspection. We hold liability insurance for our services, but customers should verify coverage with their own homeowner’s insurance if additional protection is required. A cancellation fee may apply if the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for delays or the inability to complete an inspection due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., weather, access restrictions). These terms are governed by Alberta law. Please ensure the areas where we will be working are clear of PET FECAL MATTER a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if any is found on the equipment or employees.
